Enemies of Happiness at the Cinematheque in CPH
To mark the publication of Ib Bondebjergs book "Reality Pictures. The Modern Danish Documentary" the Cinematheque invites for talks between Ib Bondebjerg and six key Danish documentary film directors - including Eva Mulvad - about documentaries as a genre and directors' artistic strategies. Here Mulvad will screen 'Enemies of Happiness' (2006), which is about the courageous female politician Malalai Joya, who are fighting for democracy and equality for women in Afghanistan.

The Good Life at the Danish Embassy in Sofia, Bulgaria
Danish documentaries to create debate and reflection.
The Danish Embassy in Sofia has on the occasion of the Danish EU presidency selected a handful of Danish documentaries to create a platform for discussion and debate. We are happy to announce that one of the selected films is The Good Life by Eva Mulvad. By screening The Good Life the hope is to invite citizens to take part in the debate of EU policies and institutions. On this occasion, Eva Mulvad will participate in the screening of the film the 24th of April in Sofia, Bulgaria.
